Ordering

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms of service. If you are unclear about any aspect of these terms, please contact us before placing an order.

By placing an order you are making an offer to Sketch Stitch Love Ltd to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. You agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to product availability. All prices listed are correct at the time of entering, however we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. Once you have placed your order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Sketch Stitch Love Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.

Delivery

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. We will notify you if goods are not able to be despatched within the indicated delivery timescale, e.g some made to order goods may take longer. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.

Conformity Of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However specifications and descriptions on the website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour representation of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

Product Usage

Please note all of our items, including the fairies, are not toys and are purely for decorative purposes. These should be kept out of the reach of young children, due to small parts and their delicate nature.
