As all items are handmade to order refund and exchanges are not possible.

We do not accept cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

In the unlikely event of a faulty item these can be returned. Please contact us asap in the event of an issue with your item. Postage charges are not refundable except where goods are faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
