How long will my order take to arrive?

Due to the fact that most items are made/finished to order the turnaround times may differ. Please refer to the product description for approximate dispatch times. We send everything via royal mail. We cannot be held responsible for any postal delays beyond our control.

Can my items be personalised?

Depending on the item ordered you may be able to add, at an additional cost, one of the following:

  • A hand stamped metal name tag. These can fit up to a maximum of 7 characters.
  • A personalised banner. These can have unlimited number of characters.
  • A glitter initial.

I have made a mistake, can I make a change to my order?

Changes can only be made if you contact us within 24hrs of placing the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate requested changes subject to availability. Please contact us by replying to your confirmation email not via social media.

How can I view my order?

On your order confirmation email, click on 'show order summary'. This will take you to a web page with full details of the items you have ordered.

I can't find what I am looking for.

As our designs are seasonal and frequently updated we only list items available in the current collection. If an items is not visible, then unfortunately it is not available at this time, but may be available in the future.

Why is your shop not open all the time?

In order to update our website with the new collections we close the shop. Please keep an eye on our social media platforms for collection launches. You can also sign up to our mailing list to received notification in the future.

I have a query about my order?

Please contact us via email including your order reference or use our contact us form. Please do not use social media platforms to contact us about orders.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

Check your dispatch email for any available royal mail tracking information. Please contact us via email including your order reference if there is still an issue.

Do you offer shipping discounts on multiple orders?

I don't do this as standard, but get in touch if you have any questions. I am always happy to help and will send orders together when I can and have been notified.

Taxes 

We are not responsible for any import / duty taxes incurred in your country. Our shipping price covers posting your items only. Taxes in your destination country are your responsibility if incurred. 

Do you do custom orders?

Many of the items we make our customizable. However we do not take custom orders for new designs.

Do you do wholesale? 

Yes, please feel free to contact us via email to discuss your wholesale needs.

Do you accept refunds? 

Refunds will only be given if a product is faulty and once received back to me to be checked. An exchange will always be offered if you have a faulty item, but items are non refundable otherwise. 

We are just a tiny business and regret that we cannot refund items that are simply unsuitable as we provide as much information as we can about them when listing them in my shop and make everything to order. If you have a specific request then please contact us.

How do I add ballet shoes to my fairy?

If you have ordered ballet shoes as an extra item, these will arrived with your fairy in a separate little cotton bag for you to add to yourself.  There will be printed instructions in the bag, please also see them here.
